Lovely apartment in a beautiful estate Positive: New (6mths old?) apartment in a very new part of the gorgeous Jacks Point estate. Comfy bed, different type of pillows & soft big towels provided. Wifi worked well & kitchen had most things catered for including coffee pods. Washer & Dryer in bathroom is handy. Winnie’s Studio next door serves simple breakfast/lunch & coffee so very convenient! Will be really handy once most of the commercial shops in the vicinity are built or open for business. Mountain views & modern estate vibes are beautiful, and relaxing. There is a nearby field/playground (with killer views - see pic) with a flying fox for both young & old. Wish we can stay in this part of Queenstown permanently! Negative: As this place doesn’t have much reviews (yet), here are a few things to note for the benefit of future travellers: Narrow stairs direct from front door to the apartment which is all on 2nd level. Travellers with heavy luggage take note. Bathroom (with 1 toilet) is separate/not connected with either bedrooms & is right next to a balcony door with no shades/curtains. Shower has no shelf or caddy to hold things either (provided toiletries though good were on the shower floor) As it’s a new section of the estate, there is construction behind the apartment = tradies starting work early around 7am. Apartment missing kitchen towel & cutting knives; Bathroom missing hand towel & hooks to hang clothes. Dryer is a heat pump type so takes forever to dry clothes.

Great! Positive: Beautiful new clean apartment. Had everything we need! Would 100% stay again. Negative: Little bit further out of town than anticipated

Positive: Clean. Well designed apartment. We wish we could have stayed in this apt for our entire time. Negative: Couldn't get the oven and stove exhaust fan instructions. I never could figure out how they work. An air fryer instead of an oven would be best.
