Nice clean tidy place with great facilities. Positive: Nice clean modern apartment - has everything you need. Close to the golf course if you like golf. Great little coffee shop downstairs too.

It was all that we expected. Positive: Very modern and great location Negative: The electric was turned off, but to no fault of the owner, the city shut it off, just a bit of inconvenience, however when back on it was a great stay.

골프장의 평온함과 고급스러운 인테리어가 조화를 이룬 곳 Positive: 골프장 바로 옆에 위치해 있어 동네 분위기가 전반적으로 매우 한적하고 여유로웠습니다. 주변에 공사 중인 건물이 있었지만, 우려와 달리 소음 없이 아주 조용하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 숙소는 2층에 위치해있으며 1층 현관에서 신발을 벗고 올라가는 방식이라 내부 청결도가 매우 잘 유지되고 있다는 인상을 받았습니다. 특히 계단과 방에 깔린 부드러운 카펫과 거실의 고급스러운 원목 바닥이 대비를 이루며 아늑함을 더해주었습니다. 높은 거실 천정 덕분에 개방감이 뛰어났고, 비치된 가구와 시설 하나하나에서 고급스러움이 느껴졌어요. 대형 TV는 물론 식기세척기, 세탁기, 건조기까지 완벽하게 갖춰져 있어 편리했어요.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful estate Positive: New (6mths old?) apartment in a very new part of the gorgeous Jacks Point estate. Comfy bed, different type of pillows & soft big towels provided. Wifi worked well & kitchen had most things catered for including coffee pods. Washer & Dryer in bathroom is handy. Winnie’s Studio next door serves simple breakfast/lunch & coffee so very convenient! Will be really handy once most of the commercial shops in the vicinity are built or open for business. Mountain views & modern estate vibes are beautiful, and relaxing. There is a nearby field/playground (with killer views - see pic) with a flying fox for both young & old. Wish we can stay in this part of Queenstown permanently! Negative: As this place doesn’t have much reviews (yet), here are a few things to note for the benefit of future travellers: Narrow stairs direct from front door to the apartment which is all on 2nd level. Travellers with heavy luggage take note. Bathroom (with 1 toilet) is separate/not connected with either bedrooms & is right next to a balcony door with no shades/curtains. Shower has no shelf or caddy to hold things either (provided toiletries though good were on the shower floor) As it’s a new section of the estate, there is construction behind the apartment = tradies starting work early around 7am. Apartment missing kitchen towel & cutting knives; Bathroom missing hand towel & hooks to hang clothes. Dryer is a heat pump type so takes forever to dry clothes.
